Judicial Magistrate Quetta has issued an arrest warrant for Pashtunkhawa Milli Awami Party Chairman Mahmood Khan Achakzai nominated in FIR No. 43/2024 at Gwalmandi police station. A case was registered against Mahmood Khan Achakzai for interfering in government affairs under sections 447 and 448 – 34. The judicial magistrate of Quetta issued the arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai after he did not appear in court on April 22 in connection with the FIR filed by the district administration. The judicial magistrate of Quetta has directed the police to arrest Mahmood Khan Achakzai and present him in court on April 27.
