IG FC Balochistan kicks off tree plantation drive

QUETTA: Inspector General of Frontier Corps (IG FC) Balochistan Major General Nadeem Anjum on Thursday kicked-off planting trees inside FC Headquarters Quetta sharing FC’s contribution in Green Pakistan Program.


QUETTA: Inspector General of Frontier Corps (IG FC) Balochistan Major General Nadeem Anjum on Thursday kicked-off planting trees inside FC Headquarters Quetta sharing FC’s contribution in Green Pakistan Program.

According to the spokesman of FC Balochistan, Major General Nadeem Anjum has kicked-off planting trees campaign inside FC Headquarter and planted a tree to share FC’s contribution in the program.

“Following the program each FC soldier will plant a tree in Balochistan during various ceremonies in Frontier Corps wing headquarters across the province total 52000 trees were planted.” The spokesman said adding FC Balochistan will plant 200,000 plants across the province in physical year.

IG FC Balochistan directed his forced to plant more trees to make Pakistan green and ensure the proper take care of newly planted plants.

“Planting trees will be beneficial for our earth and environment therefore we all have to contribute our share by planting one tree to make Pakistan green.” IG FC Major General Nadeem Anjum said.
