QUETTA:  A terror bid was foiled in Killa Saifullah on Tuesday after Levies personnel and bomb disposal squad (BDS) successfully defused a bomb planted on roadside on the eve of Independence Day.

The bomb was wrapped with a polythene bag and planted on roadside in Akhtar Zai area of Killa Saifullah, levies said.

After being informed, Levies personnel and bomb disposal squad teams reached the site and cordons off the area and successfully defused the bomb.
