QUETTA: The member of Hindu community kidnapped by unknown armed men while he was sitting in his shop in Dera Murad Jamali.

According to the police, the Hindu trader, Amrat Kumar, who was son of the member of Hindu Panchaiyat, named Saith Thara Chand, kidnapped in broad day light in Dera Murad Jamali by unknown armed men while he was sitting in his shop in main city area. The Hindu community of the area gave call for shut down protest on Friday. However, the concerned police have initiated efforts to trace kidnappers.

The kidnap of Hindu trader on the eve of general elections 2018 raised concerns in the community.
