Balochistan’s 11-member interim cabinet takes oath

QUETTA: The caretaker Chief Minister Alla ud Din Marri on Tuesday unveiled his interim cabinet member which took oath from Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai at Governor House.


QUETTA: The caretaker Chief Minister Alla ud Din Marri on Tuesday unveiled his interim cabinet member which took oath from Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai at Governor House.

11 members of the interim cabinet with one woman have taken oath during a ceremony held in Governor House where Muhammad Khan Achakzai took oath from the ministers of caretaker cabinet.

Agha Umar Bangulzai, Naveed Kalmati, Hafiz Khalil Ahmed, Inayatullah Kasi Advocate, Khurram Shahzad, Farzana Baloch, Abdul Salam Khan, Mnazoor Hussain, Nasrullah Khilji, Imam Buksh Baloch and Faiz Kakar have sworn as Minister in interim cabinet of Balochistan.

During the ceremony Caretaker CM Balochistan Alla ud Din Marri, Chief Secretary and other government officials were presented in the cabinet oath taking ceremony.

As promised by the Alla ud Din Marri, majority of his cabinet members are young and have major expertise in their respective fields.

While meeting with newly appointed cabinet members Alla ud Din Marri congratulated them and urged them to prepared themselves for a big responsibility of holding peaceful elections in Balochistan,

“We are responsible to functional government machinery during this two months period, because we have to lead the province towards elections within conducive environment.” Alla ud Din Marri addressed his cabinet members.

He added, the interim government and members are going to visit all Divisional Headquarters to review law and order situation following elections.

Caretaker CM Balochistan announced that the ministries would be distributed among the interim ministers in coming days.
