QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan Justice Noor Muskanzai on Tuesday showed anger over the grievous torture on students by their seniors in Cadet College Mastung and ordered immediate arrest of all students and staff involved in inflicting juniors.

An astonishing video went viral on social media on Monday showing some senior students torturing junior students in Cadet College Mastung which sparked anger across the country.

Taking notice of the issue Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Qudus Bizenjo on late night Monday and directed the education department to formed a three members committee to probe the incident irked the whole country.

Police on Tuesday morning arrested principle Cadet College Mastung Principle Javed Iqbal Bangash and produced him before the Judicial Magistrate Mastung.

The court has issued nonbailable arrest warrants of all accused involved in torturing innocent students and ordered immediate arrest of all culprits can been seen in torture video recorded on May 09th.

The President Balochstan High Court Shah Muhammad Jatoi has filed a petition against the incident and demanded full inquiry against torture on students by senior fellows.

The two members bench of the Balochistan High Court headed by Chief Justice BHC Justice Noor Muskanzai has shown anger over the incident and ordered immediate arrest of college staff and students involved in inflicting new students,

Principle Secretary to Governor Balochistan Sajjad Bhutta, Regional Police Officer Aitzaz Goraya, Advocate General Balochistan Rauf Atta Advocate and other educational staff appeared before the court on Tuesday hearing.

Principle of Cadet College Mastung Javed Iqbal Bangash has arrested by police, and raids has been embark for the students were involve in beating junior students. Regional Police Officer Aitzaz Goraya told the court and said medical of tortured students has been complete.

Replying to DIG CTD CJ Balochistan Justice Noor Muskanzai said, parents of all students studying in Cadet College Mastung are suffering from severe trauma after the incidents, other students will be reluctant to study in CCM.

CJ Balochistan directed Police to book all culprits involved in torturing students must be arrested immediately and inquiry report should be filed in the court.

Justice Noor Muskanzai said, the administrative side of the incident must followed by PS to Governor Sajjad Bhuta and the criminal side is up to police to be handled impartially by Police.

The court adjourned the hearing till Wednesday.

Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai has dismissed Principle Cadet College Mastung Javed Iqbal Bangash and major retired Saffar Khan Mengal has been appointed as new principle.
