QUETTA: The government is concerned about the development of the provincial capital. It is included in the priorities of the incumbent government to beatify and develop under develop areas of Quetta city. The Quetta city development package is evidence in this regard.

Provision of all facilities would be ensured to the residents of Quetta city. The development of Quetta City through special package would be inaugurated on Sunday.

The Chief Secretary Balochistan, Aurangzaib Haq, while heading a session relevant to the development of Quetta city said, the government is serious in development of Quetta city. He said, the preference must be given to the quality during construction. While inspecting the continued works on Sariab road said during developmental work the facilitation of ordinary man must be ensured. He further said, “we are giving attention towards the provision of basic necessities to the inhabitants of the city.”

While other senior officials from other departments including, Additional Chief sectary development, Regional Police officer, Senior superintendent police Traffic were also present at the occasion. The project Director, Ali Ahmed Mengal, further briefed Chief Secretary about the project.

The Chief Secretary directed that with collaboration of other concerned institutions the flow of traffic must be ensured smoothly so that the people would not face difficulty of any kind in traveling.
