Balochistan’s cabinet approves to empower private sector investment in Balochistan

QUETTA: The Cabinet meeting presided by Chief Minister Balochistan on Monday here in Quetta has stressed upon to empower private sector investment in Balochistan to create more jobs for the youth of Balochistan.

QUETTA: The Cabinet meeting presided by Chief Minister Balochistan on Monday here in Quetta has stressed upon to empower private sector investment in Balochistan to create more jobs for the youth of Balochistan.

The cabinet meeting has reviewed development, under developed and other issues of Balochistan, approving various projects to boost provincial economy.

Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizinjo flanked with cabinet ministers and advisors stressed upon to intensify development projects.

The cabinet has approved to appoint teachers on temporary basis to fill teachers’ shortage in remote Districts of Balochistan. The cabinet directed education department to fill vacant posts following provincial government’s merit policy. The cabinet also ordered to approve constructed Primary Schools’ SNEs through MPA funds.

To boost provincial economy, the cabinet also approved Private Partnership Act that will pave ways for Private Business firms to shift their business and development schemes in Balochistan.

“The cabinet has decided to empower private investment in Balochistan that will provide more jobs opportunities for the jobless youth of Balochistan.” A press note released after cabinet meeting reads.

Taking notice of shortage of clean drinking water for the people of Sui Town, the cabinet approved to start and install clean drinking filtration plants in Sui Town that will access more than 100,000 people of Sui Town with clean drinking water.

Secretary Food has briefed the cabinet members regarding wheat stock in the province, the cabinet has approved to provide government wheat to the flour mills owner on subsidy rates.

Discussing issues and grievances of disables persons in Balochistan, the cabinet approved to allocate a special fund for disables persons to make them walk with the society. Also the cabinet decided to expand Civil Defense department on divisional level and approved to open its more offices in Balochistan.

Discussing development schemes in port city Gwadar, the cabinet decided to build a Judicial Complex in Gwadar and approved its PC1.

Addressing the cabinet members Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizinjo said, we have already wasted too much time, now my team including myself has to intensify development work in Balochistan to provide relief to the people of our province,

“People of Balochistan has first right on the resources exists in our province, all departments should work more keenly to make feel people some relaxation.” CM Balochistan Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizinjo added.

Provincial Ministers and Advisors Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Asim Kurd Gelo, Mir Sarfaraz Chakar Domki, Syed Agha Raza, Mir Amir Rind, Haji Ghulam Dastagir Badini, Muhammad Akber Askani, Manzoor Khan Kakar, Abdul Majid Abro, Prince Ahmed Ali, Mir Zia Langove, Doctor Ruqiya Hashmi, Ms Rahat Jamali, Kohda Babar, Mir Hamal Kalmati, Chief Secretary Balochistan Aurangzaib Haq, Additional Chief Secretary Naseebullah Bazai, Secretary Finance, Secretary Law, IG Police Muzzam Jha Ansari and other officials have attended the Cabinet meeting.
