KARACHI: KARACHI: Inspector General Police (IGP) Sindh, AD Khawaja on Thursday ordered the formation of a three-member committee to probe the suspected extrajudicial killing of Naseemullah alias Naqeebullah, a 27-year-old from South Waziristan.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the killing of Naqibullah Mehsud and issue directive to Home Minister Sindh Sohail Anwar Siyal for investigation of his murder.

The Home Minister Sindh Sohail Anwar Siyal took the notice of Naqibullah Mehsud killing in Fake encounter and appoint DIG Azad Khan as inquiry office to investigate the killing of Naqibullah Mehsud.

On the other hand, IG Sindh A.D. Khawaja has formed a high level three Members Committee for investigation and brings facts of murder.

The committee based on Additional IG Sanaullah Abbasi, DIG Sultan Khawaja and DIG Azad Khan. They will record statements of relatives, eyewitness and collect evidences of Naqibullah Mehsud murder.

On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member in Sindh Assembly Khurram Sher Zaman submitted a resolution against the killing of Naqibullah Mehsud in Fake encounter by Rao Anwar in Karachi.

Rao Anwar declared Naqibullah the security guard of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Chief Baitullah Mehsud. Social Media has played a vital role in highlighting of Naqibullah’s murder, Noor Rehman said.

the encounter specialist SSP Rao Anwar claimed” Naqibullah was the key terrorist and he has fake CNIC with the name of Naseemullah. Naqibullah Mehsud was involved in attacks on security forces. Naqibullah was operating TTP networks in Hub Chowki in Balochistan, he highlighted.”

Rao Anwar said Naseemullah alias Naqibullah Mehsud was key TTP activist, he was hidden in Sohrab Goth and working for TTP.  He came from Dera Ismail Khan and did job as security guard in different factories in Karachi. Encounter specialist claimed.”

Naqibullah’s friend Muhammad Hashim said that” we went to Shah Latif Town and other police station to inquire about Naqibullah but no information was provided by police to them. On January 17 we received a telephone call from Naqibullah’s relatives. They told that Naqibullah Mehsud’s dead body was in CHIPPA’S Morgue, we collected his dead body from there, he told Balochistan Express.”

A university student said” if any incident happened with any Punjabi the Military and government took notice of that incident and arrest the culprits, but SSP Rao Anwar killing innocent people specially Pashtuns in fake encounters in Karachi not action has taken against him. This was the double standard of government and military with Pashtuns, same attitude of state and military with Baloch and Sindhis in the country, he complains.”

Noor Rehman Cousin of Naqibullah Mehsud said that in a telephonic conversation that” Naqibullah was missing on January 2 to 3 midnights from Sohrab Goth. Security officials in Plain clothes picked him up and we got information after 4 days of his missing, he added”

Meanwhile the Members of Civil society, Human Rights activists, University Students has hold rallies and protest demonstrations all over Pakistan against the killing of Naqibullah Mehsud who was killed in a fake encounter by the encounter specialist SSP Rao Anwar on January 13, 2018 in Karachi.

A large number of Human Rights activists, students and members of civil society hold demonstrations outside of Karachi Press Club here on Thursday. The Members of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), National Trade Union Federation (NTUF), Pakhtoon Student Federation (PSF), PTI activists participated in the demonstration. The Participants were holding placards, pictures of Naqibullah Mehsud and chanting slogans against SSP Rao Anwar.
