QUETTA: Following angry protests across the country against Kasur’s gruesome rape and murder of child girls Zainab, civil societies and political parties took roads demanding justice for Zainab.

QUETTA: Following angry protests across the country against Kasur’s gruesome rape and murder of child girls Zainab, civil societies and political parties took roads demanding justice for Zainab.

The 07 years girl was went missing few days back in Punjab’s Kasur District, on Wednesday her body was found on a dumpster after unknown men raped her and strangled her to death.

Child Rights movement Balochistan staged a protest in Quetta Press club and demanded immediate arrest for Zainab and her family.

The protesters carrying out banners and placards inscribed with Zainab’s pictured and chanted slogans against Punjab Police in failure to arrest the culprits behind the brutal act.

“The incident dashed Pakistan’s image around the world, Punjab Government and Police should arrest the culprits and they should be punished publically.” Protesters said.

However Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) set a candle light vigil for little Zainab at Gulistan road and they protested against growing child abuse cases in Pakistan.

A large number of women and children carrying out Zainab’s picture have participated in the protest.

“Federal Government should intervene in investigation of Zainab’s murder because Punjab Government remained foiled in arresting the culprits involved in child raping and killing.” Woman taking part in the protest said.

She added, it was the 12th case in Kasur but the government remained fail in arresting the child raping gand.”

Meanwhile artists staged a protest near PTV station to show their solidarity with Zainab’s family and demanded full action against criminals killed an innocent girls.
