QUETTA: Unknown armed motorcyclists shot dead a doctor in the provincial capital of Balochistan on Sunday and fled from the scene, soon after committing the crime.

According to the details, the incident of firing occurred when two unknown motorcyclists opened indiscriminate fire at Doctor Abdul Haleem who was sitting in his clinic at Jatak–Stop near the satellite town station.

Police rushed to the area soon after the incident and shifted the body to the hospital.

The body of deceased was handed over to the family after completing the legal procedure.

Satellite town police have registered a case against unknown criminals and started an action, whereas the cause of the murder could not be known.
