QUETTA: The Civil Line Police Station has lodged a case against Ali Madad Jattak in a case to cheat the police and escape from court premises on Tuesdayand suspended a Sub-Inspector over negligence.

QUETTA: The Civil Line Police Station has lodged a case against Ali Madad Jattak in a case to cheat the police and escape from court premises on Tuesdayand suspended a Sub-Inspector over negligence.

Haji Ali Maddad Jattak provincial president of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) was nominated in two murder case and presented before the court for trial.

During Monday’s hearing Mr. Jattak cheated Police and escaped from court premises.

“The CIA Police has lodged a case against PPP Provincial President in case of 157/17 under section 223,224 and 225 for cheating police and fleeing from inside court premises.” Police added.

The Session Judge has also discharged the Intermediate Bail application submitted by Ali Maddad Jattak.

Hunt for arrest of Mr. Jattak is underway as Police raided his residence on Tuesday but remained foiled.

“The case was registered on behalf of CIA’s Investigation Officer Mehmood.”

For negligence in duty Police officials has dismissed the Investigating Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ashraf and case was lodged against him too.
