TURBAT: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) University of Turbat

(UoT) and Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) Balochistan. According to MoU both institutions work together for the promotion of entrepreneurialship and SME development in youth and students of Balochistan region, through establishment Entrepreneurialship Development Center (EDC) at University of Turbat by developing their entrepreneurial skills and providing a platform for growth. The memorandum calls for organizing different Capacity Building Training Program for the students of Turbat University and to develop the interaction and primary linkage between the institutions and commercial world.

Mr. Abdul Majid Nasir director ORIC UoT and Mr Shakoor Ahmed Provincial Chief SMEDA Balochistan signed on MoU at Quetta. Vice Chancellor University of Turbat Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir was also present on this occasion. He said his institution was determined to produce job providers instead of job seekers and  this memorandum would help the students to start up their own business.-
