QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri hosted a farewell luncheon in the honour of outgoing Chief Secretary Balochistan Saifullah Chatta, on Wednesday.

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri hosted a farewell luncheon in the honour of outgoing Chief Secretary Balochistan Saifullah Chatta, on Wednesday.

Among others, Acting Governor and Speaker Balochistan Assembly Ms. Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, Provincial Ministers, Members of Provincial Assembly, Provincial Sectaries were also part of the auspicious event.

Speaking on the occasion, CM Balochistan said that they have been working with the bureaucracy since last year like a team and have achieved success in solving many issues of the province, adding that provincial bureaucracy head by CS Saifullah Chatta materliazed the development vision of political leadership of the province.

He said that the successes which coalition government has clinched so far are much owed to the Chief Secretary Balochistan Saifullah chatta who cooperated with the government and with the coalition parties.

He said that the coalition government never had any complaints against Safiullah Chatta and hopefully in his next capacity as member of NEPRA he would help solving issues of Balochistan energy. CM also wished outgoing CS success for his future.

Earlier, speaking on the occasion, CS Saifullah Chatta said that he had performed his duties finely under the dynamic leadership of CM Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri, adding that he had always worked under policy guideline of CS. He said that he had took the start of his career from Balochistan which provided him strong basis for developing ahead. He said that along with challenges, development prospects are also part of the province and the current era promises more development projects to Balochistan which would lead to political stability.

He said that he would protect the rights of Balochistan as member of NEPRA.

Towards the end, CM handed over a shield, a pen, a Balochi cap and a traditional carpet as souvenir to CS.
