As we see these educated boys and girls many of whom with master degrees, roaming on roads desperately attempting to get a job but wherever they go and whichever door they knock at, they get only disappointment.

The scarcity of employment opportunities in the province is one reason behind the ever increasing political disputes, endless power struggle and turbulent. And for obvious reasons there is no limit to crime as the jobless once enters the arena of crime, he is bound to go a step forward every day. Each day he commits a new crime bigger than the previous one. Furthermore many unemployed try to seek refuge and mental peace in drugs.

The announcement of provincial government recruiting 30,000 jobs to jobless youth is a welcoming step but having said that jobbery and nepotism are other maladies the unemployed have to cope with. This is one reason why the talented and highly educated youth leave the province and seek jobs in gulf countries.

This rampant joblessness has another very serious impact as unable to find a Job develops psychological disorders.

The responsible authorities must open up their eyes to the gravity of the situation and take concrete measure.
