8 August 2016 marked as the blackest day in the history of Balochistan with colossal loss of more than 70 professional lawyers plus 30 others kicked the bucket in a fatal suicide attack in civil hospital Quetta.

The aftershock of the blast felt all over the world which not only opened the blame game but also Pandora box and conspiracy theories were ignited in regional politics. Consequent of bloodcurdling tragedy CM Balochistan gave a sweeping statement in the heat of the moment by blaming RAW the state agency of India to be involved in the occurrence which looked like smell a rat. Military leadership termed this attack a conspiracy against CPEC. Baloch Diasporas blamed state institutions are the designer of the attack. Even two different banned militants groups claimed the responsibility which marred the controversy and confusion. The attack fueled the war-torn province into state of anarchy. All eyes were wet and faces became gloomy.  The blame game continued and final aftershock were felt in Red Fort Delhi on 15 August by the controversial statement of PM Modi in favor of anti-state elements in Balochistan. It is said that if elders in a house cannot handle the conflicts between and among them then neighbors have to intervene.

The words of Modi provided a golden chance to Pakistan officials to term Baloch cause controversial and hide the failure of government and law enforcing agencies in the backdrop of Modi’s statement. Pakistan itself provided a reason to Indian politicians to poke their nose in the matter of Balochistan. It looked as if that Indians were waiting a chance to be availed. Pakistani authorities got a chance to legitimize its own atrocities in Balochistan by dubbing RAW the main engineer behind all sabotage and disruption in Balochistan. The miseries of Balochistan are already having a long tale. Ignorance and negligence by Islamabad has an unending decade. Political illness and Blindness of Balochistan government has done nothing for its people and broken the record of corruption in the history of Pakistan.

Suppose that it is considered that Raw is the culprit and responsible in all misdeeds and misdoings in Balochistan. Now here question arise, who is responsible for rampant corruption in the circle of civil secretariat Balochistan, surroundings of CM secretariat, premises of Balochistan assembly and the outskirts of Governor House. These are the key areas which are all in all in Balochistan Provincial set up. So by considering this school of thought we cannot be wrong that Mr. Raw is involved in Balochistan.

Another aspects of Balochistan issue is that the electoral process is entirely corrupt and through a pre-planned selection process corrupt and dummy representation were brought and make them part of Legislation. Tribal leaders, Nawabs and Drug Mafias are injected in legislature set up, these Tribal heads and Nawabs are already out of the reach of a common person, when they become part of Government, then it becomes impossible for a poor person to access them for the solution of their problems. There is not a single MPA and MNA in Baluchistan Government set up came through proper voting system. If from such controversial method representation were brought in Balochistan assembly, they keep 5 years of their Government by filling their pockets. The irony is that Government of Balochistan is not able to provide medical emergency services to poor people then there is no any reason for such Government to run the setup of Government. even though these dummy leadership once get selected they become unreachable commodity for their voters. CM secretariat and Baluchistan assembly are out of the reach of a common person. The Government is not able and capable to provide services to masses but to loot them with both hands.

The bloody war in Balochistan has already swallowed more than ten thousand people in a decade. If suppose that PM Modi practically supported anti-state elements in Balochistan, it does nothing but becomes the reason for brutal mass killing of poor and innocent people. Today in Balochistan those who are demanding freedom have gone to mountains or fled in foreign countries. Those people have nothing to do with Anti and Pro slogan have reminded in surface of Balochistan but the misery is that the neutral and a poor person is paying the price of the conflict. Balochistan has become a gloomy and a murky place, where people gone missing, mutilated bodies are found on daily basis, law and order situation is worse, politics has become a business, bureaucracy is not functional and legislature are the most corrupt elites of the society.

Balochistan issue is not that complicated and an algorithm question; it can be solved if the stakeholders are serious. No one has stopped federal and Provincial Government to not provide jobs to jobless graduates, it is said that once jobless graduates searching for jobs today the part of liberation movement. Who has stopped Government to provide emergency services and trauma in public hospitals? No one has refrained Government to provide quality education free of costs. Its 21st century not the era of Stone Age, people cannot be kept fool longer, Instead of blaming Raw Government of Balochistan should go the extra mile improve its performance.
